Lexus Team Members who attended the 2016 RX Launch Tour were asked to make a commitment based on what they learned that would create a better Guest experience back at their dealership. Standout commitments from all Lexus Areas were entered into a drawing to win a weekend for two at the Ritz-Carlton, Central Park in New York City, where they would experience some of the best hospitality in the world.

Michele McLellan—Sales Consultant, Lexus of Marin—Western Area
I can learn more product knowledge, becoming proficient in the technology and competitive edges. I will organize a weekly walkaround and delivery competition amongst my colleagues.

Janine Pomije—Sales Consultant, Lexus of Quad Cities—Central Area
I can commit to making Monday evenings a technology night, inviting Guests in for additional help in learning their technology. I will commit to making this happen with Technology and Delivery Specialists available that evening.

Samantha Pelletier—Service Consultant, Prestige Lexus—Eastern Area
I can have conversations with Guests coming in for service who already love their cars, explaining how much better it has gotten. I will start teaching Guests going into new loaners some of the features to get them excited for new cars in the future.

Morgan French—Sales Consultant, Sewell Lexus—Southern Area
I can gain as much product knowledge as I can to create strategies that make the Lexus experience memorable for Guests. I will make the customer experience the best out there while continuously learning from others. I will mentor and encourage fellow Team Members to do the same.
